Jim has resided in Westfield Washington Township for 23 years.  He has been married to his wife, Mary, for 40 years this April and has one surviving son, Frank. His experience both in and out of government has prepared him for this position as your advocate and representative.  He has held positions managing regional sales forces.   Jim developed marketing programs, training programs and product introductions for fortune 500 companies.  His corporate experience led him to purchase a Tax Franchise and grow it into the top performing unit.  Throughout corporate life and entrepreneurial endeavors, he has always made time to utilize his skills and talents to volunteer and give back to his community. 

His experience includes serving two terms on the Westfield City Council.  Seven of those years were in leadership roles as President and Vice President of that body.   He also served as President of the Westfield Building Corporation and The Westfield Economic Development Corporation.  Other activities include Rotary Club Treasurer, Rotary Club Foundation Chair, Advisory Committee of Grand Universe, CERT team Member, Graduate of The Westfield Police Citizen’s Academy and many other activities.   

Jim received Westfield’s 1st ever Legacy Award for a Lifetime of Achievement from the Westfield Chamber of Commerce in honor of the positive impact he has made in our community.
